Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales through personalised consultations, product demonstrations and effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive service, proactive outreach and tailored experiences.
- Use CRM tools to record client interactions, track preferences and execute targeted clienteling activities to grow the client base.
- Represent the Maison with impeccable professionalism, adhering strictly to the brand’s selling ceremony and luxury service standards.
- Support daily retail operations including POS transactions, stock management, visual merchandising initiatives and store security/compliance procedures.
- Contribute to transversal store activities (events, VM, inventory) and collaborate closely with the boutique team to achieve commercial targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within jewellery or high-end fashion, with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for storytelling and creating memorable client experiences.
- Proficiency using CRM software and POS systems; strong clienteling capabilities.
- Professional demeanour, discretion, integrity and a customer-centric attitude.
- Flexible, results-driven and team-oriented, able to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation boutique environment.
- Multilingual fluency is advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.

Experience
Proven luxury retail sales experience with a track record of commercial achievement; prior exposure to jewellery or high-end fashion retail and demonstrable clienteling success are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certifications in luxury retail, jewellery, sales or client relations is a plus.
