Boucheron seeks an Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer in Paris, managing global HR operations, executive calendars, and international logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi-timezone executive calendars with strategic prioritization and arbitration of competing demands
- Coordinate global leadership meetings, France-based and international HR gatherings, and executive committees
- Organize and execute international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visa documentation, and insurance
- Prepare comprehensive travel briefs, key contact information, and local agendas for executive missions
- Oversee expense management, cost optimization, and compliance with internal travel policies
- Maintain administrative oversight of HR-related files, archiving, and internal compliance requirements
- Process and track expense reports, manage service billing, and liaise with Finance teams
- Author, format, and distribute internal documentation, memos, and people-focused communications
- Coordinate full logistics for HR team events including venue selection, vendor management, invitations, budgeting, and day-of execution
- Serve as operational interface across HR business partners, internal assistants, and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination of global HR priorities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in an HR director or executive management context
- Demonstrated mastery of international executive coordination across multiple time zones
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency with collaborative tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Exceptional organizational capability in managing complex, multi-stakeholder calendars
- Absolute discretion, reliability, and commitment to confidentiality
- Excellence in both written and oral communication
- Proactive, autonomous approach with meticulous attention to detail
