Boucheron seeks an Events & VIC Care Assistant in Paris for the European region, beginning November 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and requests across the European zone, ensuring personalized VIC treatments aligned with Maison heritage
  • Oversee operational execution and continuity of high-net-worth client services in coordination with concierge teams
  • Brief and manage relay concierge functions, including preparation and follow-up protocols
  • Coordinate multiple service providers and vendors engaged in client treatment delivery
  • Produce qualitative and quantitative reports on VIC Care operations and event outcomes
  • Monitor operational budgets, process invoices, and maintain financial documentation
  • Deploy the Maison's event animation strategy across the region, organizing cocktails, dinners, and in-store activations
  • Support flagship Boucheron moments such as the Cannes Film Festival and Haute Joaillerie events, including personalized client engagement
  • Manage daily logistical oversight and vendor coordination for events of varying scale
  • Analyze and report on event performance metrics and ROI

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (M1/M2) from a business school or university in Marketing or Communication
  • First-hand experience in the luxury sector, ideally in events management or retail/service team coordination
  • Demonstrated organizational excellence and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business and service orientation with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Fluent English (essential for international context); a third language is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe InDesign experience is valued
  • Analytical capabilities with comfort in data processing and interpretation
