Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization and management of luxury brand events, fashion shows, and public activations
- Coordinate logistics for models, photographers, venue locations, and third-party suppliers
- Implement creative department guidelines and brand standards throughout event execution
- Support the planning and execution timeline from conception through post-event assessment
- Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external event partners
- Contribute to brand reputation building through seamlessly executed experiential activations
Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination, event production, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
