Boucheron — Paris: E‑commerce Intern supporting omnichannel digital sales, reporting and Magento operations for boucheron.com.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily e‑commerce operations: coordinate with regional teams and boutiques to prepare and process online orders, liaising with Paris (Vendôme) and New York (Madison) back‑office teams.
  • Manage logistics follow‑up to ensure promised delivery times and resolve shipping and return issues in collaboration with the Logistics department and regional offices.
  • Maintain and enhance e‑commerce operational environments: contribute to Magento dashboards and global reporting files; ensure data quality across platforms.
  • Reconcile invoicing and transactional data between Global‑e, Cegid and Magento to guarantee accurate financial and operational reporting.
  • Contribute to analytics and reporting: support weekly, MTD, YTD KPI tracking and the monthly Kering E‑commerce report, delivering transparent net‑sales and performance insights.
  • Participate in e‑commerce project deployments: execute tests for new features and bug fixes, perform market rollouts and assist communication and regional teams.
  • Conduct benchmarks and market monitoring to identify trends, opportunities and local pain points during e‑commerce expansion.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 level program at an engineering school or business school.
  • Previous experience in online sales or e‑commerce; experience within luxury or premium segments preferred.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a clear understanding of omnichannel retail dynamics.
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to translate business needs into operational actions.
  • Strong project‑management capability and proven aptitude for cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; diplomatic and comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Keen interest in AI, high‑tech, data and digital innovation as applied to luxury retail.
