Boucheron is seeking a Digital Media Executive to support media strategy, lead online and offline campaign execution, analyze performance, and manage reporting, budget administration, and agency workflows. The role partners with internal teams and agencies to strengthen brand positioning and optimize media activity.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Media Manager in developing and executing media strategies aligned with global priorities and local marketing goals.
  • Support media planning across paid and owned channels to strengthen brand equity and market positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends and media innovations to identify new channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with media agency partners on campaign objectives, media briefs, and execution timelines.
  • Lead day-to-day media execution across online and offline channels.
  • Manage agency workflows and ensure accurate implementation of assets, landing pages, and tagging parameters.
  • Coordinate media schedules, campaign rollouts, and ad verification to maintain brand safety and execution quality.
  • Lead communication on local social platforms and local content creation with the agency.
  • Track campaign performance and work with the team manager to optimize action plans.
  • Track and evaluate media KPIs, performance metrics, and digital ROAS across active campaigns.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis with the agency and derive actionable insights for future media strategies.
  • Analyze competitor media activity, share of voice, and industry benchmarks to provide strategic context to management.
  • Prepare monthly and campaign-level reports, translating media data into executive-ready presentations.
  • Track monthly media expenditure, advertising spend, and overall budget allocation.
  • Manage procurement administration, including purchase orders, agency billing, and vendor payment follow-ups through internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of media contracts, insertion orders, and financial reconciliation documents.
  • Work with Marketing Communication, Retail, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive media messaging across customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with the asset creation agency to ensure media-ready assets are delivered on time and meet platform specifications.
  • Share regular digital media updates and performance insights with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in media communication or at a media agency, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Strong command of the luxury media ecosystem and well-established insight into the luxury market.
  • Proven ability and experience in media execution, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Hands-on expertise managing media and social agencies.
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision and speed of execution.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
