Boucheron — Digital & Media Intern (6-month contract) in Hong Kong. Support social media, digital content, press coordination and Launchmetrics tracking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor editorial performance and media tracking using Launchmetrics.
- Prepare press loan requests and coordinate with boutiques for shoot preparation and jewelry deliveries.
- Liaise with security providers for guard booking and secure transport of pieces to studios.
- Standardize and produce the weekly press clipping report.
- Coordinate festive press gifting and advertising material requests with production houses.
- Manage updates to the official website and Facebook page, including translation and validation workflows.
- Maintain the social calendar and schedule timely content posting on the official Facebook page.
- Develop content for mall communications and social channels (Website / Instagram / Facebook / WeChat / XHS).
- Provide on-site support for local events and assist the Hong Kong & Macau team with adhoc tasks.
- Manage and maintain the magazine/library archive.
Qualifications
- Current university undergraduate, preferably Year 2 or above.
- Interest in business analytics, social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong organisational ability.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing.
- Availability to work approximately 4 days per week (negotiable) and immediate availability preferred.

Experience
No prior professional experience required; coursework or previous internship exposure to digital marketing, social media, editorial or PR is advantageous.
Education
University undergraduate student (preferably Year 2 or above).
