Boucheron seeks a six-month Customer Service Analyst intern in Paris to support performance management, Power BI dashboards, and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with service objectives
- Collect, consolidate, and validate operational data to ensure reporting accuracy
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports; analyze results and identify trends
- Identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements based on data insights
- Participate in the design and optimization of Power BI dashboards for stakeholder visualization
- Gather end-user requirements and propose enhancements to reporting tools and systems
- Test system updates and ensure successful implementation of dashboard improvements
- Support AI-driven tool development and automation initiatives
- Draft, update, and standardize client service procedures and operational guidelines
- Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance service efficiency
- Maintain intranet operations documentation and ensure content currency
- Support process standardization and continuous improvement projects across the team
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school, university programme, or engineering school (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data visualization, complex formulas)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Initiative-taking and problem-solving orientation

Experience
No prior professional experience required; relevant coursework or project experience in data analytics, business operations, or process improvement is valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or engineering school programme (Bac+4 or Bac+5 level).
