Boucheron — Corporate HR Intern (Paris). Six‑month internship supporting recruitment, onboarding and HRIS administration for interns and alternants.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as primary HR contact for interns and apprentices at the corporate headquarters, handling enquiries and lifecycle management.
- Partner with hiring managers to collect resourcing needs and co‑design precise job descriptions for HQ departments.
- Draft and publish job postings across internal channels, job boards and LinkedIn; manage candidate flow.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment for internships and alternances: phone and in‑person interviews, assessment feedback and reporting.
- Manage onboarding for all corporate trainees: SIRH enrolment, tool presentations, maison introduction and distribution of Welcome Packs.
- Animate and develop the maison’s internal community of interns and alternants through events and engagement activities.
- Maintain and enhance HR processes and tools, proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Administer HRIS records (Workday, Talent Match), monitor probation periods and support preparation of contractual documents (contracts, addenda, internship agreements, Cerfa).
- Support delivery and monitoring of HR projects as required by the Corporate HR team.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a Bac+4/5 programme (Business School or University) with a specialization in Human Resources or Work Psychology.
- Seeking a six‑month internship beginning September 2026.
- Preferably one prior internship or practical experience in HR development or recruitment.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Proven organisational rigour, curiosity, proactivity and strong interpersonal skills.

Ideal candidates will have completed at least one substantive internship or placement in HR, recruitment or talent development. Practical exposure to campus hiring, onboarding or HRIS administration is an advantage.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master-level) in Business School or University – specialization in Human Resources, Work Psychology or equivalent.
