Boucheron is seeking a Commercial Assistant Intern in Dubai to support retail excellence and performance across sales analysis, commercial operations, after-sales, visual merchandising, store projects and training. The role is an internship.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly reports on retail KPIs, including sales, traffic and conversion rates, providing analysis of Maison performance for internal teams and partners ahead of market calls.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of Boucheron boutiques and key competitors, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Support regional events and commercial fairs by developing product catalogues and materials.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to advance retail performance metrics and operational excellence.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing and logistics documentation shared with partners.
• Communicate new product assets, including images and videos, to partners.
• Oversee after-sales requests across all markets, ensuring timely responses and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage client complaints and inquiries, working with the after-sales team to resolve issues and enhance client service and loyalty.
• Coordinate with business partners on boutique uniform orders and deliveries, and manage expenses and budget follow-ups.
• Help coordinate regional visual merchandising, ensuring boutique displays align with brand guidelines.
• Assist with boutique maintenance requests, coordinating follow-up with relevant teams and suppliers.
• Support store opening, refurbishment and relocation projects by coordinating activities and tracking progress.
• Support the trainer in organizing training and onboarding sessions, including venue bookings and tools.

Qualifications

• Beginner-level experience in retail performance; a strong affinity for analytics. Knowledge of the retail sector is an asset.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI mastery is a plus but not compulsory.
• Rigorous, attentive to detail and organized.
• Curious, collaborative and proactive.
• Fluent in English; French and Arabic are a plus.
