Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store operations efficiently while establishing and executing plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Communicate house heritage and promote brand positioning to both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and leverage market knowledge to inform sales conversations and enhance customer understanding
- Execute sales procedures with precision, cultivating revenue growth whilst delivering superior customer service
- Represent Boucheron to clients at every stage of the purchasing journey, guiding collection discovery, product selection, returns, and exchanges
- Present collections using established brand standards and communicate product characteristics, styles, and emerging trends
