Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the maison in boutique sales environments, acting as the visible face of the brand and upholding Boucheron presentation standards.
  • Guide clients through every stage of the buying journey: needs analysis, product presentation, value proposition and closing.
  • Present and explain high‑jewellery and watch collections, including product characteristics, materials and provenance.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling: build, maintain and grow long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Contribute to boutique sales targets and KPIs through proactive prospecting, follow‑up and cross‑selling.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation and visual standards are maintained; support stock handling, inventory controls and loss‑prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑facing experience in luxury retail — preferably in jewellery or watches.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high‑touch client service.
  • Polished personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury environment.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Fluency in the local language is expected; multilingual ability is an asset.
