Role & Responsibilities

  • Structure and manage the governance framework of the global commercial organization, including leadership meetings, business reviews, and decision forums
  • Lead the annual strategic planning process and translate it into actionable roadmaps across functions and regions
  • Coordinate and drive performance tracking (KPIs, dashboards, OKRs), ensuring consistency and visibility across all commercial streams
  • Prepare and orchestrate key business reviews, quarterly reviews, and executive committee meetings
  • Act as the primary interface with Kering Group on commercial matters, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and reporting
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive transversal projects across retail, omnichannel, client development, and store experience
  • Lead 2–3 high-impact strategic projects directly, partnering with functional leaders and market presidents
  • Provide structured analysis, insights, and recommendations to support the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team
  • Develop high-quality executive materials—presentations, reports, and strategic narratives—for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a central coordination point between global functions and regional leadership to ensure consistency of priorities and messaging
  • Support the Chief Commercial Officer in day-to-day priorities, including preparation of meetings, communications, and business updates
  • Coordinate reporting to Kering and prepare strategic presentations for Group governance bodies

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or a high-impact role within luxury or retail industries
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an international context
  • Strong understanding of retail, clienteling, and omnichannel business models
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and structure ambiguity
  • Fluency in English; French strongly preferred
