Boucheron — Paris: CAD Designer (High Jewellery). Create 3D models, technical documentation and manage 3D printing for the atelier.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce 3D designs and digital models for unique high-jewellery pieces and small repetitive series from briefs supplied by Creation, Marketing and Development.
- Collaborate closely with atelier jewellers and the Technical Manager to ensure designs are manufacturable and respect aesthetic, quality, cost and timing constraints.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for each product: assembly sheets, nomenclature/BOMs and setting plans.
- Manage and supervise 3D printing operations for prototypes and production components.
- Maintain and improve the atelier’s technical database and digital files to ensure traceability and reuse of designs.

- Proven autonomy and proactive collaboration with bench jewellers and production teams.
- Client-service orientation with perseverance and adaptability to changing priorities and unexpected constraints.
- Highly organized, structured and able to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work effectively in a multidisciplinary atelier.

Skills
Experience
Solid professional experience in CAD within the jewellery sector, with a track record of developing 3D models for high-jewellery or fine jewellery production. Practical experience managing 3D printing workflows and producing production-ready technical documentation is expected.
Education
Technical degree or diploma in jewellery design, product/industrial design, gemmology-technician training, or equivalent vocational/atelier experience in jewellery CAD and manufacture.
