Boucheron is hiring a Business Analysis Manager in Shanghai to lead strategy and business development for Greater China.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and market assessment for Greater China to identify revenue opportunities across channels and customer segments.
- Develop financial models, business cases and commercial forecasts to support strategic initiatives and new channel launches.
- Design and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards to monitor performance, profitability and channel economics.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders (commercial, retail operations, marketing, finance) to drive cross‑functional projects from concept to execution.
- Provide senior leadership with concise strategic recommendations, scenario analysis and ad‑hoc reporting for decision making.
- Coordinate pilots and rollouts in market, ensuring alignment between boutique operations and corporate strategy.
- Manage external research partners and vendors where required; translate findings into actionable plans and implementation roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record in business analysis, strategic planning or commercial development within luxury retail, high‑end fashion or jewellery.
- Strong financial acumen with experience building P&L models, forecasts and business cases.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
- Excellent analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to synthesise complex data into clear strategic recommendations.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, strategy or commercial planning, ideally within luxury retail, jewellery or premium fashion in the Greater China market; experience working on multi‑channel initiatives and regional rollouts is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
