Boucheron Boutique Manager position in Taipei — lead luxury retail operations, sales strategy, and team excellence at the flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of boutique operations to achieve business targets and revenue goals
- Cultivate and manage client relationships whilst directing the sales team to deliver personalized luxury service
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to foster professional development and engagement
- Ensure strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain immaculate product displays reflecting brand prestige
- Implement effective CRM strategies and omni-channel sales initiatives to maximize customer experience
- Represent Boucheron brand values and heritage across all client interactions and internal communications
- Monitor store operational procedures to ensure efficiency, security, and compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or boutique operations
- Strong understanding of fine jewelry and high-end luxury consumer behavior

- Proficiency in omni-channel retail operations and customer relationship management (CRM)
