Boucheron seeks an experienced Boutique Manager in Seoul to drive sales, lead teams, and embody luxury jewelry excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage boutique operations efficiently and establish strategic plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
- Communicate maison heritage and brand values to internal and external stakeholders, actively promoting Boucheron across all client touchpoints
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth whilst ensuring compliance with company protocols
- Deliver exceptional client service by personally embodying the service ethos and coaching team members to maintain consistent standards
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to ensure alignment with company guidelines and professional development
- Cultivate market knowledge and competitive awareness to inform business decisions and sales approach
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure immaculate product displays and brand image consistency
Qualifications
- Proven people management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury jewelry or watch retail
- Deep passion for luxury jewelry and exceptional personal style
- Strong sales acumen with consistent track record of target achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to inspire team engagement
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury jewelry or watches. Prior experience leading and developing sales teams is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management, luxury brand operations, or business administration are advantageous.
