Boucheron seeks an experienced Boutique Manager for its Seoul location to lead luxury jewelry retail operations and drive brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage boutique operations efficiently and establish strategic plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
- Communicate maison heritage and actively promote the Boucheron brand to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain comprehensive market knowledge to inform strategic retail decisions
- Execute sales procedures with precision, contribute meaningfully to revenue generation, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure adherence to company guidelines and foster talent development and engagement
- Represent brand values and company principles at all times, ensuring immaculate visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury jewelry or high-end watch brand retail
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Passion for luxury jewelry and excellence in customer service
- Strong sales acumen combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop diverse teams in a collaborative environment
