Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations and supervise the full P&L responsibility of the store to achieve commercial targets.
  • Deliver a distinctive, high‑touch client experience by coaching the sales team on clienteling, CRM use and personalised hospitality.
  • Design and execute effective sales strategies, promotions and CRM initiatives to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Promote employee engagement through recruitment, performance management, training and career development plans.
  • Ensure immaculate visual merchandising and adherence to brand presentation guidelines to protect the maison’s image.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention and operational procedures to guarantee efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as the visible brand ambassador in boutique interactions and represent company values to clients and local stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership and people-management skills with experience mentoring, motivating and developing boutique teams.
