Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily boutique operations to ensure flawless store execution and compliance with company procedures.
  • Define and implement sales plans and tactical actions to achieve revenue targets, KPIs and CRM objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and after‑sales service; act as the visible ambassador of the house to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coach, develop and motivate team members to improve performance, ensure adherence to brand standards and foster talent progression.
