Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the boutique team through career conversations, coaching, timely feedback and personalised development plans in collaboration with retail, training and HR partners.
  • Recruit and retain talent needed for long-term stability and growth, while promoting diversity, inclusion and a safe working environment; proactively address excessive work hours and prevent harassment.
  • Define, review and implement dynamic annual and monthly action plans based on boutique performance, staff competencies and market analysis to achieve maison and store KPIs.
  • Manage day-to-day retail operations including sales administration, record-keeping, scheduling, role allocation, performance reviews and maintenance of boutique fixtures and equipment.
  • Optimise boutique performance and profitability through precise task management, resource allocation and by driving the Boucheron selling ceremony and exemplary client service.
  • Perform CRM analysis and execute timely clienteling and CRM-driven actions with Retail and CRM Managers; conceive and deliver events and commercial initiatives with internal partners to capture business opportunities.
  • Act as the maison ambassador: cultivate relationships with VICs and clients, uphold brand values and ensure immaculate visual and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' management experience in the luxury goods sector with a deep understanding of luxury retail dynamics.
  • Proven capability in people development, labour management and conducting constructive performance conversations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate forecasts into actionable retail plans.
  • Commercially astute with acute sensitivity to retail excellence and client experience.
