Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the boutique management team, driving people development and individual performance plans
  • Develop and implement dynamic annual action plans aligned with Maison sales targets, monitor KPIs, and optimize boutique profitability
  • Conduct strategic performance analysis, define achievement strategies, and ensure regular monitoring of operational progress
  • Oversee boutique operations, administration, back-office functions, and ensure strict compliance with Company and Maison policies
  • Develop the customer database, recruit new clientele, build loyalty with repeat customers, and manage VIC relationship programs with measurable ROI
  • Recruit boutique staff, ensure efficient integration, and conduct comprehensive training and development of Sales Associates with regular coaching
  • Manage annual budgeting, strategic planning with Retail Director and headquarters, and evaluate performance against targets
  • Ensure execution of visual directives, maintain immaculate cleanliness and merchandising standards, oversee boutique maintenance
  • Represent the brand and Maison values inside and outside the boutique, participating actively as a member of the Directors Committee

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management or equivalent leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing boutique operations and driving sales performance
  • Strong expertise in team leadership, talent development, and performance management
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in KPI monitoring and strategic planning
  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards and brand ambassadorship
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and implement CRM strategies
