Boucheron Assistant Store Manager position in Costa Mesa, California—$85,000–$95,000 annually. Full-time role opening November 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of store sales and KPI targets established by senior management
- Work with retail teams to develop and implement plans to maximize sales and exceed goals
- Maintain store standards in accordance with store manual procedures
- Oversee all inbound and outbound flows of merchandise including sales stock, after-sales items, and PR products
- Coordinate various PR requests including award season, photoshoots, and celebrity dressing
- Ensure end-of-day procedures are meticulously followed for operational consistency and security
- Report any suspected theft by clients or employees to appropriate parties immediately
- Manage and process Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders in the system
- Manage ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
- Function as a role model to staff through professional demeanor and positive attitudes toward customers
- Motivate the team and contribute personally to building client relationships
- Ensure exceptional Boucheron client experience throughout every interaction
- Train and develop sales executives and monitor training for sales associates
- Ensure compliance with all policies through store meetings, walk-throughs, and audits
- Prepare and submit time schedules, approve payroll and time-off requests bi-weekly
- Submit commission reports on a monthly basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3–5 years retail supervisory experience, luxury retail preferred
- Experience in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly skilled at creating valuable relationships and developing new connections
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coach the team
- Professional customer relations and customer service background
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays

Experience
3–5 years of retail supervisory experience, with luxury retail background preferred. Demonstrated experience in retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising in a high-end environment.
