Boucheron Assistant Store Manager position in Bal Harbour, Florida—new boutique opening September 2026. Lead store operations and drive sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of store sales targets and key performance indicators established by senior management
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and exceed revenue goals in collaboration with retail teams
  • Maintain exemplary Boucheron client experience throughout all customer interactions and ensure professional brand representation
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound merchandise flows, including sales inventory, after-sales materials, and PR products
  • Manage purchase requests and purchase orders within company systems; coordinate PR requests for award season, photoshoots, and celebrity dressing
  • Train, develop, and coach sales executives and associates across all aspects of business operations; establish high standards for product knowledge and customer service
  • Ensure meticulous end-of-day procedures including cash handling, inventory reconciliation, and security protocols
  • Maintain store standards in accordance with established store manual procedures and visual merchandising requirements
  • Prepare and submit time schedules, approve payroll and time-off requests on a bi-weekly basis, and process monthly commissions
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures through regular management meetings, store audits, and operational walk-throughs
  • Report any suspected theft or security concerns immediately to appropriate management
  • Assume full operational authority in the Store Manager's absence
  • Function as a role model through consistent demonstration of professional demeanor, disciplined work habits, and positive customer-focused attitudes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of retail supervisory experience (luxury retail experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop relationships, build client connections, and drive engagement
  • Team-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Foreign language capability is advantageous
