Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Lead across all phases of creative collection development, from concept and prototyping through production and delivery.
- Plan and organise project phases; schedule and run follow‑up meetings and control points with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate information flow and prompt actions from stakeholders, including subcontractors and internal services; ensure timely validation of creations.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones across design, prototyping and production to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare decision-making materials and presentation packs for Studio and Marketing at development validation boards; manage image reviews with the Artistic Director.
- Attend product development meetings and produce accurate workshop minutes documenting aesthetic changes and technical decisions.
- Coordinate with Marketing & Communications to prepare content and assets (craftsmanship films, manufacturing descriptions, shoots, packshots, editorial briefs).
- Assist feasibility and pricing studies for Expert Committees; prepare technical specifications and workshop briefs.
- Conduct cost analyses and comparative studies; perform material research and technological scouting as required.
- Provide administrative support to the development coordinator: process orders and receipts, prepare technical datasheets (photography, measurements, layout, drafting) and update PLM records.
- Manage follow-up of material orders, shipments and deliveries to workshops and partners.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in jewellery design, product development, engineering, luxury management or a related field (work‑study / alternance).
- First professional experience or internship in luxury goods or jewellery is strongly preferred.
- Strong product sensitivity with an eye for detail and aesthetics specific to high jewellery.
- Highly organised, rigorous, proactive and able to prioritise multiple concurrent tasks.
- Enthusiastic, curious and collaborative with a strong team spirit.
- Fluent English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

A first experience in the luxury sector or in jewellery (internship or entry-level role) is preferred; familiarity with workshop processes and product development cycles is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in jewellery design, product development, engineering, luxury management or a related discipline (work‑study / alternance).
