Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the High Jewellery Product Manager across all stages of product development and collection launches.
  • Prepare and maintain commercial launch materials: product books, price lists, collection mappings and sales tools.
  • Coordinate logistics for product availability, including allocation of jewellery cases (écrins) and internal product requests.
  • Organise and supervise image production: packshot and savoir-faire photoshoots, clienteling shoots, and manage retouch workflows with external vendors.
  • Maintain and update tracking mappings and project follow-ups to ensure launch deadlines are met.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence for each High Jewellery season and produce ad-hoc studies and analyses.

Qualifications

  • Master's-level education from a business school (Bac+4/5) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the jewellery/high-jewellery sector and its principal players.
  • Fluency in English (required); strong written communication and synthesis skills.
  • High degree of rigor, organisational aptitude and operational agility.
  • Team-oriented mindset with demonstrated reliability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

Student or early-career candidate (apprenticeship level). Prior internships or practical experience in luxury goods, jewellery or fashion marketing are advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrable familiarity with the haute joaillerie environment is expected.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or equivalent.
