Boucheron seeks Assistant Manager in Marketing & Merchandising in Seoul to coordinate product launches, stock planning, and high-end events across boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and analyze product offer data by boutique, identifying sales trends and stock rebalancing opportunities
  • Conduct regular store visits to gather qualitative feedback and monitor model stocks
  • Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team on window and in-store display execution for new launches and seasonal changes
  • Manage day-to-day boutique requests regarding stock, special orders, client submissions, reservations, and viewing requests as the primary point of contact
  • Support stock rotation execution, considering boutique-specific targets and in-store activation contexts
  • Track deposits, stock request status, and delivery status, following up with boutiques as needed
  • Prepare and execute local activations and High Jewelry events, including product selection
  • Prepare monthly high-end business reports on trends, sales, and inventory data
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis, providing insights on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
  • Support sales planning through budget preparation, market-level forecasting, and strategic alignment with HQ guidance
  • Consolidate market feedback on product offerings, gaps, and future needs for the International Marketing team
  • Coordinate cross-functional support for key collections, ensuring aligned 360° activations and effective communication with boutiques
  • Share best practices, performance insights, and key learnings across regions to foster continuous improvement
  • Identify synergy opportunities with other markets to optimize assortment strategies and commercial initiatives

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in merchandising or product marketing within luxury jewelry, watches, or luxury retail
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable presentations and reports
  • Proven experience coordinating with headquarters and cross-functional/regional teams on day-to-day execution
  • Solid understanding of luxury retail operations and boutique environments
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; French is a plus
