Role & Responsibilities

  • Calculate net stone requirements and manage stone shipment needs to workshops.
  • Create and track orders in the M3 system.
  • Monitor supplier orders and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Verify invoices against received goods, ensuring each diamond's details are accurate.
  • Process receptions in M3 and manage documentation in Docuware.
  • Address quality non-conformities with suppliers and manage returns in M3.
  • Prepare stones for shipment and manage tracking tools.
  • Coordinate after-sales service processes, including diamond dispatch and tracking.
  • Prepare inventories and manage end-of-month stone reports.
  • Handle certificate losses, stone inversions, and breakages by workshops.
  • Manage M3 system anomalies and errors, ensuring accurate market data.

Qualifications

  • Training in gemology.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and Word. Expertise in M3 system.

Experience

Experience in gemology or a related field is preferred.

Education

Training in gemology is required.
