Boucheron seeks an Assistant Compensation & Benefits Manager in Seoul to manage compensation, benefits and HR control for the maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end compensation processes including annual salary review, bonus cycles, salary proposals, promotions and communications.
- Design, maintain and administer compensation frameworks: salary bands, grading and job architecture; conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
- Administer employee benefits programmes (insurance, allowances, wellness, flexible benefits); liaise with vendors and act as employee point of contact for benefits queries.
- Prepare and control the C&B budget and headcount planning; monitor personnel expenses, produce forecasts, scenarios and regular dashboards.
- Ensure local regulatory compliance for C&B policies and work rules; support labour agreements, audits and internal reviews.
- Lead and contribute to local and group HR projects, including HR transformation and Kering/maison-wide initiatives; partner with HR and business leaders on workforce decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll.
- Demonstrable experience with salary benchmarking, benefits administration and compensation design.
- Strong analytical and numerical proficiency with experience producing reports, forecasts and dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to advise managers on compensation decisions.
- Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach with high discretion handling confidential information.
- Business-level English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Skills
Experience
At least three years working in compensation & benefits or payroll functions, ideally within retail, luxury goods, or a matrixed corporate HR environment; experience supporting both office and retail populations preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline preferred.
