Boucheron Assistant Boutique Manager position in Nagoya, Japan. Support store operations, manage client relationships, and drive luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations and ensure smooth execution of store procedures
- Manage and nurture client relationships to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences
- Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives through effective sales strategies and CRM activities
- Monitor visual merchandising standards and product display consistency with brand guidelines
- Contribute to staff engagement, motivation, and professional development initiatives
- Represent Boucheron brand values and maintain the boutique as the visible face of the maison to clientele
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or high-end boutique management
