Boucheron After Sales Assistant in Shanghai, China. Provide luxury client services and post-purchase support across retail channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via in-person, phone, email, and online channels with comprehensive product and service knowledge
- Document and maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and complaints to support continuous service improvement
- Manage client feedback and concerns to ensure resolution and optimal customer satisfaction
- Support additional product sales opportunities while providing post-purchase guidance
- Collaborate with store management and wider sales team to coordinate client service activities
- Ensure consistent application of brand service standards across all client touchpoints
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels (verbal, written, and digital)
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and resolve concerns professionally
- Proficiency in client management systems and digital communication platforms

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in customer service, retail client services, or luxury brand environment preferred. Demonstrated track record of managing client inquiries and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Education
Secondary education required. Additional qualification in customer service, hospitality, or related field is advantageous.
