Boucheron in Courbevoie seeks an After‑Sales Administrative Coordinator (1‑year contract) to manage spare‑parts orders and service operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of spare‑parts and service orders for authorized workshops and international subsidiaries, including order entry in M3.
- Coordinate with accounting, sales administration (ADV) and logistics teams to trigger and monitor deliveries within agreed deadlines.
- Act as primary interface with retail points of sale—responding to product availability, pricing and lead‑time enquiries by email and telephone.
- Support and manage requests for proposals (calls for tender) for components with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Oversee service workflow between international sales networks and authorised Boucheron service ateliers under the supervision of SAV Coordinators.
- Drive ad hoc projects and analyses to optimise after‑sales processes and service performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI) for the after‑sales service.
Qualifications
- Bac+4/5 (Master's level) in commerce, logistics, supply chain or equivalent.
- Strong organisational rigour, ability to prioritise and work accurately under deadlines.
- Service‑oriented mindset with excellent client relation skills by phone and email.
- Team player with versatility and strong analytical capabilities.
- Professional working proficiency in English (Anglais) is required.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with M3 ERP is highly desirable.
- Interest in métiers d’art, jewellery manufacturing and gemmology is an advantage.
- Available for a fixed‑term contract of 1 year commencing 5 October 2026.

Preferably 1–3 years' experience in after‑sales, spare‑parts order management, customer service operations or logistics—experience within luxury goods, jewellery or watchmaking environments is an advantage.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master's degree) in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
