Boucheron seeks Administrative Coordinator for High Jewelry Workshop in Paris, overseeing atelier operations, RJC compliance, and HSE procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tracking and documentation of workshop activity, including foundry entries and wax management
- Organize and execute atelier inventory operations and ensure accurate materials distribution and tracking
- Monitor team attendance, product timing, and coordinate time-tracking systems in liaison with managers
- Lead formalization and continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
- Oversee personal protective equipment (PPE) and chemical products management while monitoring HSE procedure compliance
- Prepare and support RJC audits and other compliance audits
- Coordinate waste management and recycling in accordance with regulations
- Supervise purchasing and vendor orders for atelier operations including supplies, equipment, utilities, and materials
- Manage mail distribution and coordinate reception services for partners, suppliers, and clients
- Generate communications for clients and partners regarding organizational matters, closures, and updates
- Support timekeeping anomalies resolution and oversee overtime monitoring in coordination with management
- Assist employees with leave management, compensatory time, and absences through HR systems
- Track and document sick leave in coordination with HR teams
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and manage administrative procedures for departing staff
- Maintain and coordinate the internal atelier calendar including client visits, events, audits, and training schedules
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative coordination or operations management in a manufacturing or atelier environment
- Strong knowledge of RJC and HSE compliance requirements
- Proficiency with HR management systems such as ADP
- Excellent organizational and priority management capabilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing demands
- Service-oriented mindset with strong team collaboration abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Skills
Experience
Experience in administrative coordination, operations management, or workshop management within a luxury manufacturing, artisanal production, or comparable high-precision environment is strongly preferred. Familiarity with jewelry production workflows, precious metals handling, or RJC certification requirements is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education with professional development in administrative management, operations, or related disciplines; certification in HSE or compliance is a plus.
