Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic management reporting for worldwide retail operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and submit required financial reporting to Kering in accordance with group standards.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial closing activities and reconciliations.
- Participate in the annual budgeting cycle and produce regular forecasts and reforecasts.
- Support maintenance and continuous improvement of business intelligence tools and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Finance teams and cross‑functional corporate departments to ensure alignment of assumptions and results.
- Perform detailed analyses of revenues, costs, investments and profitability by region and channel, validating consistency between actuals and planning logic.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in financial controlling, preferably within retail, fashion or luxury.
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (or equivalent finance/accounting qualification).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to operate effectively within cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with strong analytical capacity.

Experience
At least 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in controlling or financial analysis, ideally within retail, fashion or luxury brands, with exposure to reporting, forecasting and close processes.
Education
Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
