Bottega Veneta seeks a Worldwide Events Intern in Milan to support global event operations, production management, and logistics coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the updating and maintenance of the Worldwide Events calendar in collaboration with company tutor and team
- Coordinate logistics with internal departments and external suppliers on local and international scales
- Assist in producing Brand events (fashion shows) and Retail events (boutique activations) with on-site support
- Manage supplier relationships, timelines, and departmental coordination for individual events
- Maintain digital and manual archives of records and materials related to key events
- Update and maintain the external supplier and partner database; prepare purchase orders and file estimates and invoices
- Support sponsorship and cultural calendar management
- Organize institutional events based on established partnerships
- Facilitate information flow across departments on various projects
Qualifications
- Degree in Communication, Events Management, or related field
- Eligible for 6-month curricular internship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong commitment and professional attitude
