Role & Responsibilities

  • Support weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reporting for leather goods categories.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as sell-through rates, stock levels, and top/bottom performers.
  • Contribute to monthly merchandising calls.
  • Monitor competitive activity and emerging trends.
  • Assist Merchandisers with ad hoc operational tasks, reports, and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.

Skills

Strong command of English; additional language skills in French or Chinese are advantageous. Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Curiosity, proactivity, and solution-oriented approach. Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Interest in luxury, fashion, and product strategy.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and merchandising is essential.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
