Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive iconographic and material research to inform design processes.
  • Design original concepts, shapes, and volumes, translating them into impactful design proposals.
  • Produce high-quality sketches, digital renderings, and presentations utilizing Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Support the full development cycle from initial ideas to prototype reviews.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain up-to-date design boards in alignment with calendar milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with the Footwear Design team to build coherent seasonal narratives and collections.
  • Work with Product Development, Merchandising, and Technical teams to ensure feasibility, construction quality, and alignment with brand identity.

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in footwear design within luxury, contemporary, or high-end sportswear sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; French is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator; experience with mock-ups or 3D tools is a plus. Deep understanding of footwear construction with a keen eye for detail and proportion. Creative and rigorous with the ability to work autonomously within demanding schedules. Curious, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to the excellence of Italian craftsmanship.

Experience

A minimum of 5-6 years in footwear design, specifically within luxury, contemporary, or high-end sportswear.
