Join Bottega Veneta in Milan as a Women's Footwear Design Intern. Contribute to luxury design and craftsmanship in a dynamic environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality sketches, digital renderings, and presentations using Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Support the full development cycle from initial ideas to prototype reviews.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain up-to-date design boards in line with calendar milestones.
  • Assist the Footwear Design Team in conducting in-depth iconographic and material research.
  • Participate in the proposition of original concepts, shapes, and volumes, translating them into clear and impactful design proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Footwear Design team to build coherent seasonal narratives and collections.
  • Work with Product Development, Merchandising, and Technical teams to ensure feasibility, construction quality, and alignment with brand identity.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a Fashion Design school with a focus on footwear.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Skills

Proficiency in Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator; experience with mock-ups or 3D tools is a plus. Strong sensitivity to shape, volume, and materials. Understanding of footwear construction with an eye for detail and proportion. Curiosity, collaboration, and motivation to contribute to the excellence of Italian craftsmanship.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity is essential.

Education

Graduate from a Fashion Design school, with a focus on footwear.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
