Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure precision, quality, and adherence to deadlines to deliver the highest level of service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and issues.

  • Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Work with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Degree in economics, languages, or related fields.
  • Experienced customer service professional with at least 5-8 years in similar roles, preferably within the fashion/luxury industry.

Skills

Excellent communicator, able to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and with suppliers. Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to meet challenging deadlines. Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus. Skilled in problem-solving and multitasking. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office. Calm and empathetic under pressure. Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Experience

A minimum of 5-8 years in customer service roles, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.

Education

Degree in economics, languages, or related fields.
