Bottega Veneta seeks Visual Merchandising Intern in Singapore; luxury retail VM support, field audits, 65% store visits, Photoshop proficiency required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute weekly and monthly store visits across SEAO region to audit and ensure visual merchandising standards comply with brand guidelines
- Support ad-hoc store visits based on headquarters requests, store openings, and special visual merchandising animation set-ups
- Consolidate store photography from regional WhatsApp communications and perform basic retouching using Adobe Photoshop, including cropping, colour correction, and resizing
- Manage ad-hoc photo requests and coordinate upload of reports to shared drives
- Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of visual merchandising tools, props, and fixtures between warehouse and retail locations across SEAO
- Support quarterly inventory verification of visual merchandising assets and tools
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate or junior professional with demonstrable interest in visual merchandising, retail operations, or fashion
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with competency in cropping, colour correction, and image resizing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; proficiency in AI design tools is advantageous
- Comfortable with regular travel to retail store locations
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage concurrent tasks

Entry-level candidate: recent college graduate or junior professional with a strong interest in visual merchandising, retail, or fashion. Hands-on experience in a retail or creative environment is valued but not essential. The ideal candidate possesses energy, proactive initiative, and comfort with frequent travel to multiple locations.
