Bottega Veneta Visual Merchandising Intern in Shanghai. Support luxury retail visual identity through display design, staff training, and brand guideline implementation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute regular store window set-up, in-store displays, and styling according to Bottega Veneta design directives
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising consistency across all retail locations
- Implement and monitor VM guidelines to align with Head Office standards and brand concept
- Provide VM training and guidelines to store staff to ensure compliance with brand layout and aesthetic requirements
- Participate in store openings, renovations, pop-up store activations, and special events projects
- Source and liaise with suppliers and contractors to produce VM props according to specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with merchandising and retail operations teams on all VM-related initiatives in alignment with company business strategies
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and luxury retail aesthetics
- Ability to translate design directives into cohesive in-store presentations
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Strong communication skills and ability to train retail staff
- Project management capability for store openings, renovations, and events
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience or portfolio showing strong visual merchandising or retail display background preferred. Understanding of luxury brand standards and retail environments is advantageous.
Education
Completion of or currently enrolled in a fashion design, visual merchandising, retail management, or related discipline. Equivalently, demonstrated professional experience in visual merchandising or retail environments.
