Bottega Veneta seeks a Visual Merchandiser in Seoul to maintain DOS/DFS visual standards and execute VM strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop monthly visual merchandising guidelines and execute store-level VM strategies aligned with global directives and local market needs.
- Conduct regular store visits (DOS and DFS) to audit visual presentation, provide hands-on support and report recaps to HQ.
- Plan, order and supervise installation of window props, in‑store tools, plants, duratrans and giant posters; coordinate seasonal and event displays, pop-ups and void installations.
- Manage inventory, maintenance and repair of display fixtures, props and instore presentation equipment.
- Produce VM training materials and coach VM ambassadors and store teams on presentation standards and best practices.
- Share best-in-class display examples from local and international stores and support competitor analysis, market research and sales performance trend reviews.
- Maintain regular communication with headquarters and collaborative stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and visual consistency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Degree in design or relevant major preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail, results-oriented with a flexible, positive approach.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strategic mindset, energetic, driven and capable of leading/mentoring store teams.
- Fluent in English.

Experience
At least four years of progressive visual merchandising experience, with demonstrated delivery of large-scale installations, store rollouts and VM programs within the luxury fashion or premium retail sector.
Education
Degree in design or a related discipline preferred.
