Bottega Veneta is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to support projects across five Middle Eastern markets, maintain brand presentation standards and contribute to store openings and regional activities. The role involves monthly store visits, with approximately 70% of working time spent in stores, and frequent travel.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support regional visual merchandising projects across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Turkey, upholding Bottega Veneta’s brand image and visual merchandising directives in all stores.
• Visit all stores in the region monthly, with approximately 70% of working time spent in stores.
• Interpret, adapt and implement visual directives to ensure consistent execution across stores.
• Conceptualize and realize window and in-store displays that reflect the brand’s ethos and values.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, GMMs, Merchandisers and Store Managers to develop suitable solutions for each store and maximize sales through visual merchandising and window displays, taking market differences, client needs and strategies into account.
• Visit all directly operated stores in the assigned area regularly to maintain the highest standards and deliver execution within agreed timelines.
• Prepare reports after store visits, as well as monthly or bimonthly reports summarizing window and interior changes and action plans for each store.
• Provide full support for new store openings.
• Coordinate and maintain an official inventory of visual tools in each store.
• Support regional in-store and off-site activities as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of visual merchandising experience with a fashion retailer or experience in the artistic world.
• Good knowledge of the Middle East luxury market.
• Availability to travel frequently.
• Self-motivated, energetic and practical.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build sound relationships with key stakeholders.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Willingness to participate in innovative projects.
• Flexibility to support different markets.
• Proficiency in the Office package.
• Excellent communication and proven creative skills.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and solid knowledge of current trends.
