Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the network of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
  • Review potential partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
  • Identify and cultivate high-potential clients within the brand.
  • Define and implement business development strategies for (U)HNWI.
  • Design and execute initiatives to strengthen HNWI client relationships.
  • Collaborate with retail leadership to translate strategies into actionable regional, city, and store plans.
  • Propose and supervise HNWI KPIs for each store, ensuring regular follow-up through store visits.
  • Build and establish a community around the Bottega Veneta brand.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury sector.

Skills

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Team spirit and a proactive attitude. Comprehensive understanding of the luxury market in China. Fluency in Chinese and English, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational, presentation, and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry, with a strong understanding of the Chinese luxury market.
