Role & Responsibilities
- Manage order flow and transaction processing in internal systems during sales campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate delivery and return logistics in line with brand strategy and country-specific constraints.
- Maintain high standards of precision and quality control to guarantee excellent service levels.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Kering departments to support retail distribution strategy and meet business expectations.
- Support shipping operations and liaise with partners to facilitate inbound/outbound movements.
- Maintain and update customer master data and perform routine data entry tasks.
- Collect and analyse operational data to monitor business trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of supply chain activities and ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven experience in order management or supply chain operations.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confident use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong collaborative mindset and problem-solving orientation.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in order management, supply chain or logistics operations, preferably within retail or luxury goods environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or equivalent professional experience.
