Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the department or floor to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with store management to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with loss prevention standards.
- Manage and develop sales teams to enhance client relationships and drive sales performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met to reflect the brand's image.
- Support human resources management within the department, including training and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and client relationship management.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position within luxury retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
