Bottega Veneta seeks a Store Supervisor in Jiangsu, China to lead sales, coach teams and uphold luxury standards in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the store’s point of reference in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers, ensuring consistent leadership across shifts.
- Support and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue and conversion, partnering with management to identify and pursue opportunities.
- Coach, mentor and motivate client advisors; provide constructive feedback and on-the-floor training to elevate service quality.
- Manage customer complaints and conflicts diplomatically, resolving issues to protect client relationships and brand reputation.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and procedures, including loss prevention, cash handling and luxury presentation standards.
- Maintain attention to detail in store operations and visual standards, proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium brands, with the ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a diplomatic approach to conflict resolution and complaint handling.
- Demonstrated sales orientation and ability to support store leadership in driving targets and clienteling initiatives.
- Strong sense of organisation, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high luxury standards.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail with at least some supervisory responsibility; experience within a luxury or premium fashion environment preferred, with a track record of coaching teams and supporting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, fashion, retail management or hospitality is advantageous.
