Bottega Veneta Store Supervisor in Hong Kong – luxury retail supervisory role managing operations and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in managing daily store activities and operations in accordance with company principles and guidelines
- Demonstrate senior sales associate responsibilities and serve as a point of reference for staff
- Evaluate team members' strengths and areas for development based on observation and measurable results; provide effective feedback for performance improvement
- Deliver quarterly performance touch-bases with supervision of Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
- Coach store members and oversee clienteling activities to maximize sales performance
- Facilitate team collaboration through regular information-sharing and experience-sharing sessions
- Communicate company policies, memoranda, and general information to staff clearly and concisely
- Maintain the shop in impeccable condition at all times
- Ensure all procedures are properly followed when management is unavailable
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of luxury retail sales and store operations experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory-level experience
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Extensive experience as a salesperson, preferably in luxury fashion
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong track record of delivering commercial results
- Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environments
- Ability to influence others positively, listen actively, and provide effective support to colleagues
- Adaptability to different and multicultural personalities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 4–6 years of luxury retail sales and store operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven success driving commercial results and managing teams in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments. Preferred background in luxury fashion retail.
