Bottega Veneta is hiring a Store Supervisor in Hong Kong — lead boutique sales, coaching and clienteling for the luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and enforce company policies, standards and procedures in the manager's absence.
- Perform all duties of a Senior Sales Associate while acting as a reference point and role model for the floor team.
- Coach and develop store staff through observation, feedback and structured touch-base sessions to improve skills and measurable performance.
- Lead quarterly performance and development touch-base meetings with oversight from the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Ensure clienteling activities are executed to maximise sales and long-term client relationships.
- Foster information sharing and regular experience‑sharing sessions among team members to promote best practices.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and ensure visual and operational standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in luxury retail sales and store operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with a diverse, international clientele.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving strong commercial results in luxury fashion.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable giving constructive feedback and coaching colleagues.
- Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, multicultural retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 4–6 years in luxury retail or store operations with at least 2 years serving in a supervisory or team‑lead role within a high‑end fashion environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, luxury goods or business is advantageous.
