Bottega Veneta seeks a Store Supervisor in Dallas — lead sales, clienteling and operational excellence for the luxury house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a role model on the sales floor by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI targets through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
- Serve as Manager On Duty (MOD) to ensure adequate staff coverage, act as first point of contact for associates and clients, and resolve on-floor issues promptly.
- Apply the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and improve conversion metrics.
- Coach and develop sales team members on product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling practices; share performance feedback with store management.
- Perform operational duties including opening/closing procedures, register operation, merchandise transfers and back-office tasks while maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Maintain and update client profiles and relationship records to cultivate long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute ideas in management meetings to improve daily operations and client experience, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail sales or customer-service management experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated capacity to motivate and influence peers through example and coaching.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and polished professional presentation.
- Ability to work retail shift patterns, including frequent evening closings, multiple weekend days, holiday season and annual inventory periods.

Experience
A candidate should bring 3–5 years of retail sales or supervisory experience, ideally within a luxury brand, with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or a degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
